That has taken me from enterprise infrastructure to music streaming, games, fintech, and healthcare. Today I lead AI Engineering and DevSecOps at Hoag Digital.
I care about how teams work: the culture they create, the judgment they develop, and the room they give people to grow. I mentor founders, engineers, and technologists. While living in San Francisco, I taught informal CS50 classes independently of my job at Hotwire.
Outside work, I follow my curiosity into music, photography tools, game development, and spatial computing. Recent projects include a music player, a Vision Pro meditation experience, and tools for everyday routines.
My working paper, Software Engineering 3.0, considers what changes when we can delegate more implementation to AI—and what that asks of the people responsible for the result.
